MGK Coaching was created to help people come home to themselves.

Not to tell you who you should become. Not to hand you someone else's definition of success. And not to assume that one person, perspective, or method holds every answer.

MGK was built around a different idea: when people are truly seen, thoughtfully supported, and given room to hear themselves clearly, something powerful becomes possible.

Our Story

It started with seeing

something in each other.

Michelle and Carmen met in 2019 when Carmen was a student in a personal-development program Michelle was helping staff. From their first meeting, Michelle saw something special in Carmen—an ability to impact people deeply and a story that was only beginning. Their paths continued to cross, friendship grew, and over the next several years they found themselves serving people together in different ways.

In 2022, Michelle asked Carmen to create something with her. The vision was a coaching company where people could feel genuinely seen, heard, and acknowledged. A place where coaches wouldn't work in isolation, but could bring their different strengths and perspectives together in service of the client.

A few conversations later, MGK Coaching was born.

Why MGK Works Differently?

The unit serves the whole.

From the beginning, MGK was envisioned as something larger than one coach with one methodology. We believe different people notice different things. They ask different questions, bring different expertise, and see possibilities through different lenses.

That philosophy began with Michelle and Carmen. Their strengths aren't identical—and that's part of what makes the partnership work. As MGK grows, the same principle extends to the coaches, specialists, collaborators, and tools we bring into the room.
