MGK Coaching was built in partnership. Michelle and Carmen bring different experiences, strengths, perspectives, and ways of seeing into the work, united by a shared belief that people deserve to be seen, heard, acknowledged, and supported as whole human beings.

Michelle Kibel has spent the last 14 years coaching people through growth, transition, leadership, business, and the deeply personal work of becoming more fully themselves. She has worked with people from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs building their first dream to established leaders growing businesses and teams, always with the same belief at the center of her work: people are far more whole and capable than they sometimes believe themselves to be.
Her path to coaching began long before she called herself a coach. At 21, Michelle found herself working alongside senior executives, leading projects and facilitating rooms she wasn't always convinced she belonged in. What changed her trajectory were the people who saw something in her before she could fully see it herself. Their belief gave her the courage to take up space, grow into new possibilities, and eventually offer that same gift to others.
After beginning her own personal development journey in 2009, Michelle discovered coaching and found language for something she had naturally done most of her life: see people. Over the years, she has led transformational programs, coached coaches, partnered with organizations and teams, and worked one-on-one with individuals creating meaningful change in their businesses and lives.
Fourteen years of coaching while simultaneously living the work herself has also changed what Michelle believes about transformation. She no longer sees the work as becoming a “better” version of yourself. She believes it is about removing what has separated you from yourself and questioning what life's experiences may have taught you to believe about who you are.
Today, Michelle's work is about helping people remember that. She sees who they are underneath the experiences, expectations, fears, and stories that may have convinced them they were somehow less than whole. Not because she has life figured out, but because she has spent years doing this work alongside her clients while continuing to do it in her own life.
Because when one person begins living from a more whole, free, and expansive expression of who they are, it doesn't stop with them. It changes how they lead, love, parent, create, contribute, and show up for the people around them.
Michelle believes those ripples matter. She knows because someone once created that ripple for her.
And perhaps that is the simplest way to describe how she approaches coaching:

Carmen brings a unique combination of creativity, entrepreneurship, coaching, and lived experience to MGK. A certified business and entrepreneur life coach, professional singer, metalsmith, and founder of Chroma Rocks Jewelry, she has spent more than 20 years building a creative business and the last seven years coaching others as they build lives and businesses of their own.
Her experience has given her an intimate understanding of what happens when personal and professional growth intersect. Building something meaningful often asks more of us than strategy alone, and Carmen is particularly attuned to the internal obstacles that can surface alongside ambition, creativity, change, and responsibility.
Over the years, Carmen has helped hundreds of students develop practical skills and strategies for moving through those obstacles. Her experience with ADHD coaching and success strategies adds another dimension to that work, giving her a particularly strong toolbox for helping people understand how they operate, work with their natural strengths, and develop approaches that support them rather than forcing themselves into someone else's version of success.
Carmen's strength is in helping people find tools that work for the way they actually operate. Rather than assuming there is one right way to succeed, she brings curiosity, creativity, practical strategy, and a deep respect for the individual into the room.
That perspective is deeply aligned with what MGK believes about transformation: support should help you understand and trust yourself more deeply, rather than teach you to become dependent on someone else's answers.
For Carmen, success isn't about fitting yourself into a predetermined formula. It's about discovering what genuinely works for you and building from there.

Michelle and Carmen don't bring the same experiences, strengths, perspectives, or ways of seeing into a room—and they were never supposed to.
MGK was built on the belief that meaningful support becomes richer when thoughtful people bring their different gifts together in service of the person in front of them. That philosophy began with their partnership. As MGK grows, it extends to every coach, specialist, collaborator, and relationship they invite into the work.

MGK Coaching supports individuals, leaders, and organizations through transformational coaching experiences designed to help people reconnect with who they are, lead with greater clarity, and create lives that reflect what they know to be true.
