Thought-provoking talks rooted in the ideas at the heart of MGK—wholeness, sovereignty, courage, transformation, leadership, and what it means to live and lead as a whole human.
Depending on the room and the topic, speaking experiences can stand alone or become the beginning of a larger conversation.
INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS
Experiences designed to move beyond listening. Participants are invited to reflect, explore, discuss, experiment, and begin applying what they’re learning to their own lives, leadership, relationships, or work.

Sometimes a room doesn’t need another presentation. It needs thoughtful structure, meaningful questions, and someone capable of helping people have a conversation that matters.

From there, we’ll determine whether MGK is the right fit and what kind of experience might best serve the room.
An engagement may be led by Michelle, Carmen, both founders together, or another MGK coach, facilitator, or expert, depending on the topic and the needs of the experience.
